This album began simply: I wanted to create, but was responsible for a demanding infant I'd created and simply had no time left for photography during the daylight hours. So I did what I could, and left the house at night, making photos while walking around my neighborhood. Soon, I'd exhausted the local environs, and started driving to scenes more remote. And what has emerged, without quite knowing where I was going before I got there, are the following images – exaggerated colors and shadows made bright, all exploring the tranquility of the city at night.
